Peel and halve the potatoes, (halve them longways to create two long round halves)
Par boil the potatoes for 10mins with two tspns salt and one clove of garlic
Crush another two cloves of garlic and mix with 3 tbl spn of oil, 2tsp salt and pepper
Strain the water off the potatoes, and allow to cool slightly
Put the potatoes into an oven dish and cover with the oil/garlic/salt mix (roll them around to get good coverage) then lay the potatoes face down
Cook in a preheated 180deg oven for 30mins until golden brown, turn once at 20min mark
No need for reheating instructions as there wont be any left overs,
